The Incredible Second Life of Bradley Bormuth's Hurricane-Damaged Fairchild 24

In September 2004, Hurricane Francis battered the Southeast, causing widespread flooding. In the path of the storm is Morganton, North Carolina, where a rare piece of history - a now-submerged Fairchild 24 owned by Bradley Bormuth's father. By all measure, N28640 should have been lost. But Bradley and some friends set out on a two-year journey to restore her to flying condition.
